Arriving in Sark
Prior to arriving in Sark, visitors should always ensure that their luggage is correctly labelled with their name and that of their accommodation provider.
Luggage is carried on/off all boats by a team of carters who will ensure that your luggage reaches its destination - normally before you do!
Visitors disembarking in Sark simply need to make their way through the tunnel where the Harbour Hill transport (a special tractor-drawn trailer) will transport you up to the village. Visitors are encouraged to pre-book a horse and carriage or bicycles if they do not wish to walk to their accommodation.
Important: All visitors should ensure that they have adequate health insurance before visiting Sark. The Island is not part of the UK NHS. Sark's Doctor is located at the medical centre on the Seigneurie Road. Click here to visit the Sark Surgery website.
